JETT FOR HER (JPFH)
The JETT for HER device from COMPEX, in gynecology, is a flagship innovation allowing the rejuvenation of the intimate parts in women. It is a non-hormonal means of treating the genitourinary syndrome of menopause, dryness, urinary leakage, aging of the tissues of the vulva and vagina, postpartum consequences, distensions and scars.

- JETT PLASMA For Her II designed, among other things, to treat urinary genital syndromes, vulvovaginal laxity, dryness, atrophy and distension.
The principle of action, without cell destruction, without burns, without pain and without feeling of heat for the patient, is an alternative solution to hormonal treatment that confirms its effectiveness, with the clinical studies carried out, compared to existing treatments.
JETT PLASMA For Her II is also used in addition to laser or radiofrequency treatments to improve vulvar treatments, orifice dyspareunia (pain during intimate relations), vaginal tightening, for the aesthetics of the labia minora and majora.
COMPEX confirms the use of Jett Plasma for Her for the following indications:
1. Vulvovaginal laxity,
2. Loss of elasticity and sensitivity,
3. Incontinence,
4. Sexual discomfort due to vaginal dryness, (Dyspareunia)
5. Insufficient vaginal lubrication,
6. Burning and itching.

COMPEX is the first manufacturer to have developed a direct current generator to treat these indications. Following very encouraging results, other indications are also being evaluated such as cases of vestibulodynia, lichen sclerosus or scar tissue treatments.
The COMPEX device allows cellular regeneration by direct contact without visible plasma discharge, the effects of the direct current are transmitted to the tissues through a gel.
Jett Plasma for Her II is the first patented equipment in the world to be used in Gynecology with a direct current allowing cellular regeneration without prior destruction of tissues, it produces, with its principle, 3 simultaneous effects on a treated area:
1.) Generation of controlled temperature from 1° to 3°
2.) Transient membrane depolarization
3.) Temporary reversible electroporation
Used on mucous membranes and on the skin, these three effects produce the regeneration of cells exposed to the treatment.
These effects, developed very precisely by COMPEX, are unique. They allow cells to be rehydrated in a sustainable way from the first treatment.
The first users note that three sessions spaced approximately 10 days apart induce lasting effects ranging from six months to one year depending on the case.
First results:
